Unlock a Device from your Apple iCloud Account

  1. Go to iCloud.com/find
  2. Click on Find My iPhone icon
  3. Click on My Devices/All Devices tab
  4. Select the phone and click Erase iPhone
  5. Click Remove From Account
  6. (If Remove From Account doesn't appear) Click on My Devices/All Devices tab
  7. Hover over the phone that is pending erase
  8. Click the X to the right of it to remove it from the list/account
