Why am I receiving reminder emails?

Automated reminder emails are sent on a schedule until we confirm receipt of your trade. If you have already shipped your trade to us, you can disregard these emails. Please check your tracking information to see when it will be delivered. Once it shows as delivered, allow us 1-2 business days to acknowledge receipt. Your Trade Dashboard will reflect the status update.
