Where is my Costco Payment?

Costco Shop Cards are managed by Shop Card, not Phobio, and they are responsible for sending them to customers.

Digital Costco Shop Card: These are sent to you via email within five business days from the address costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com. If you can't find your payment email, contact Costco Shop Card at 888-668-9668 to have it resent.

Physical Costco Shop Card: These are delivered to you through USPS within 15 business days.
