What data and device security does Phobio guarantee?

For trade-in value Phobio accepts most models of desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, wearables, media players and other such consumer electronics, and maintains the highest standards of data security handling those devices (i.e. R2v3 certification).  

Phobio leverages device serial and IMEI information to prevent the acceptance of fraudulent or stolen devices, and cooperates with law enforcement when any such devices are discovered in the inspection process.  Any devices received which are data-locked or dead and may be data-bearing but unerasable will be recycled and cannot be shipped for return.
