How do I cancel my trade?
Cancel trade.
If you have not shipped in your trade-in device and would like to cancel your trade, please recycle any shipping materials we've provided and ignore any reminder emails.
If you have shipped your trade-in device, your trade can not be canceled. If your trade quote is revised to a lower amount, you'll have the opportunity to request to have your trade returned.
