Retail Reporting Tools for Managers

Phobio's automated reports are emailed regularly to help company and store managers assess performance.

Managers will have clear insight into:

  • Revenue generated from trade-in,
  • Where their team excels or needs improvement, and
  • How their team’s performance ranks within the company overall

The LEADERBOARD helps assess the trade-in performance of Sales Representatives. Managers can sort the rankings by trade-in volume and value, days to ship, and by the types of errors the Sales Representatives make...whether it’s model identification or assessing device conditions.

COMPANY, REGION & STORE OVERVIEWS are a snapshot based on the past 30 days of performance showing the current rate and value of trade-ins and how different store locations compare. These OVERVIEWS are like a “dashboard”, showing all the current trends of the client company's trade-in program.

To get more detailed lists of trade-in activity of any type (such as received iOS Locked devices) across one or multiple locations, or a specific time range, just go to TRADE REPORT.

From there you can choose from a list of Trade Report Templates and view trades created, inspected, adjusted, unshipped or unreceived. You can also modify any of these to narrow down your search. From there you can create a fresh new report.

Not every column of information is viewable on the page, so export a CSV of the report to get ALL of the result data.

To get the information on a specific trade-in transaction, go to TRADE SEARCH and search by the trade number, Invoice number, serial number, or IMEI of the device.
