Device Conditions

Phobio uses simple device, objectives conditions requiring minimal expertise to ensure assessment accuracy by Sales Reps and customers and low adjustment or "requote"rates.

Working - A working trade functions as expected without any restrictions and is free from dents, heavy scratches, cracks, screen defects and other issues. Light scratches and signs of wear are acceptable and still qualify for the working value. 

Damaged - A damaged trade will have physical damage present on the trade (a cracked screen, display issues, etc), might have software problems and/or water damage. 

Ineligible for Trade - Dead (unable to power on) or Activation Locked
