Collecting and Shipping Devices

Store Managers should collect and ship traded-in devices weekly to ensure prompt and accurate device processing.

1. First, gather up the collected devices and their printouts.
2. Access Phobio’s web tools.
3. Under PROCESSING, select SHIPMENTS
4. All the currently unshipped devices at the store location will display. Select or scan in the devices to include in the new shipment.
5. Confirm the Shipment Contents and the new shipment is created.
6. Print out the Packing List and pre-paid shipping label.
7. Finally, put the packing list and devices in the box, close it up, and affix the shipping label to the front.

Now the package is ready for the next scheduled pickup.
